Your total satisfaction is our priority at Ham’s Jam.

 PAYMENT

Payment for in stock items and custom deposits is expected immediately.  Preferred payment method is PayPal. We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks.  Please contact us to set up arrangements. Items paid for by money order or cashier’s check will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours once payment is received. Personal checks will have to clear the bank first.


 

SHIPPING

In stock items usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.  Most items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.  You will be charged for actual shipping costs.  There are no additional fees for handling, but we do require insurance to protect your investment.  If payment is by PayPal, please make sure that the shipping address is correct.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

If you are simply unhappy with a product upon arrival, you may return it within 10 business days at your expense.  Once the item has been received and inspected, you will receive a refund less shipping fees.  All items must be returned unwashed and in new condition. Please contact me before returning the item. 

If there is a defect in the craftsmanship, you may return it for repair or a full refund.  We will credit shipping expenses.  Please contact us before returning the item.

 

CUSTOM WORK

Customs require a non-refundable $20 deposit. Custom items may take three to six weeks to deliver.  Balance is due upon completion and products will ship within 24 to 48 hours when paid in full.  If you are unhappy with your custom item, please contact us so we can work on a solution.  In some cases, we will be able to issue a partial refund or store credit.  We reserve the right to resell customs not paid for in full within 5 days of notification of completion.  Please contact us within that time frame if you need to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
 

 CUSTOM ORDER LIST

The goal is to regularly stock custom slots in my store that will allow you to “officially” reserve your spot on my list. Custom slots will be considered priority when working on orders. 

Occasionally, I will take email requests.  Email requests will be put on a waiting list.  I will do my best to work on projects in a timely manner, but please note that there are exceptions:

-     My family comes first.  We are blessed to be healthy, and we have a very supportive network of friends and family.  But, there may be situations where I have to delay a custom based the needs of my family.

-      I have obligations to www.kandfshops.com.  This is a wonderful group of artisans who create beautiful new items each week based on themes.  It is my creative outlet, and I need to be able to work on in stock items for that shop in between customs orders and the waiting list.  It is like therapy to me and helps me to be a better artist.  Please visit www.kandfshops.com each Friday at noon to see what new creations we have available.

-     Often I donate my time and products for charity events.  These are very important to me and are given priority over the waiting list as they come up.
